September is about to end and the JCM team is glad to bring you another issue of the Joomla Community Magazine.

Many things happened from the last edition of the Mag in the J!sphere: the most important is the release of the 4th Beta of Joomla 4 and the 2nd Alpha version of Joomla 3.10[1].

This month's edition includes the interviews to Jaz Parkyn, just re-elected as Department Coordinator, and Philip Walton, a proud Joomler.

Anja de Crom brought two valuable pieces: the first about 10 reasons why Joomla is the right CMS for Web Agencies, the other with some bright ideas to promote Joomla and increase its market share.

Patrick Jackson made current an evergreen article: How to update your PHP version, a very trending topic with PHP 7.2 approaching its End of Life. The same author signed an article to encourage Joomlers to test the new version of the CMS and not be scared to break everything.

John Rampton's piece shows "The Power of Open Source".

The JCM is glad to host a research paper from Llewellyn van der Merwe about Software and Licensing.

Donato Matturro and the Accessibility Team presented some resources and templates to increase the accessibility of Joomla 3.x websites.

This edition also features a short interview to Brian Teeman, one of the founders of the Joomla! Project. This article is part of a new series of interviews with the founders, to celebrate the 15th birthday of Joomla.

Last, but not least, VET provided the "Community Openings", to promote some open roles throughout the project.
